This User Agreement applies to the information collected by EZDS Co., Ltd. (“EZDS”), through www.zenithdiag.com
Please read the following terms carefully as use of sites means that you agree to them.

- Personal Data We Collect

EZDS collects data to operate effectively and provide you the best experience with our services. You provide us some data directly, such as Email (account), Name, Password, Password hints, Nationality, Serial Number and Security Code of your Zenith series when you create a Zenith account, register the product, request extension or contact us for support. The data we collect depends on the services and features you use, and includes the following.

- How We Use Personal Data

EZDS uses the data to provide you the services we offer, which includes using data to improve and personalize your experiences. We also may use the data to communicate with you, for example, informing you about your account, security updates and product information. We use data to diagnose service problems, provide you product status and other customer care. For communication, we may contact you by email to inform you when a subscription is ending, let you know when new updates released, or invite you to participate in a survey.

- How to Control Your Data

You can check or edit your personal data for many services. You may access or change the profile information in your G-scan account, change your name, password, or nationality. If you cannot access personal data collected by EZDS, you always contact us by using 1:1 inquiry form. We will respond to requests to access or delete your personal data within 7 days.

- Cookies & Similar Technologies

EZDS uses cookies and similar technologies to provide our services and help collecting data. Cookies allow us, among other things, to store your preferences and setting; and enable you to sign-in.

- EZDS Account

With an EZDS account, you can log into EZDS services. Signing into your account can enable improved personalization, provide seamless services, and help you access and use cloud data storage and other enhanced features and settings. When you sign into your EZDS account, we create a record of your sign-in, information about the service you signed into, your sign-in name, and your operating system and browser version. You may delete your account whenever you want. Once you delete your account, we do not help you reversing it.

- Use of this site

The rights in the designs, pictures, logos, photographs and content of this site are owned by or licensed to EZDS Company. They are protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, display, post or transmit any part of this site without the written permission of EZDS. You may view or print individual pages only for your own personal use.

- Liability

We try to ensure the accuracy of all of the content. However, we do not accept any liability for the use made by you of the content. The content of this site should only be used for information purposes and you should not rely on it to make any decision or take any action. In particular, product specifications shown on this website are based upon the latest available information held by the Marketing Department of EZDS and this may change from time to time. The colors and finishes reproduced may also vary from the actual color and paint finishes on the tools themselves. We strongly recommend you visit your nearest local distributor to inspect our product personally.

The site is for your personal use and is not to be used for any commercial purpose. As a result, EZDS will not be responsible in any circumstances for your loss of profits. EZDS will also not be responsible for any loss including wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data.

EZDS is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your inability to use this site. EZDS cannot promise that the site will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. Because of the nature of the Internet, the site is provided on an 'as available' basis. EZDS will not be responsible to you if we are unable to provide the site for any reason beyond our control.

EZDS may change the site or these terms at any time without notice. If you use the site after EZDS has changed the terms you will be bound by the new terms.
